Shipping and Transit Time
Approximate shipping times are as follows:
- Most products are shipped within 1-2 business days. We make every attempt to notify you if any shipment delays may arise. Also, please note, these shipping times only refer to the amount of time that the package is in transit.
- Ground Shipment: Up to 5-7 Business Days
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will ship out the day that you place the order. The delivery guarantees refer to carrier's commitment once the order has been shipped (left our warehouse). When we receive your order we begin working to pull all the items together, pack the order, and get it shipped out.
- We do not ship on Fridays, major holidays or weekends.
- Courier services generally do not deliver on weekends and most holidays.
- The shipping price is calculated automatically when you check out of your online shopping cart.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO. Boxes.
Return Policy
Once
wine or alcohol leaves our premises we cannot accept it back as per U.S
Federal regulations concerning alcoholic products. Claims can only be
made on damaged goods and by following the appropriate steps outlined
above.
